The stylists are all great. This new policy where everything has to be done by computer isn't easy nor is it saving time. The time saved is on your end, not mine. I called up on the phone twice and left a message that got no response. I guess I don't fit your demographic. If I'm not valued as a customer, I'll go elsewhere. I gave very good tips, so the loss is yours, not mine! By the look at other responses you've gotten, I see I'm not alone in my assessment. Sportclips must be doing this to eliminate a job. They probably pay the help next to nothing and it bothers them that someone might have to get paid for answering the phone. Sportclips management is shortsighted here and it will be at their expense.
