This place is hit or miss with its quality of hairdresser. Seems to be a lot of turnover at this location which makes it difficult to keep coming back. Received one of the worst haircuts from this location most recently from Megan. Hair was cut so poorly and uneven that I had to get it re-cut two days later. Will not be returning

I know I'm technology challenged but the website wouldn't let me log in so I tried to call for an appointment but was told they do nothing over the phone!😕 I then got my haircut and she parted it/cut it to the wrong side. My normal store in pewaukee had a 1 hour wait which I couldn't circumnavigate via technology! Frustrating!☹

My son and i just got our haircuts at this location on Friday 7-27. We are very disappointed not worth the money. We each had normal guys haircuts. My sons has long hairs in areas where it should be a number 1 and the blending is just Terrible. As for mine less missed hairs but again the blending job sucks didn’t notice it until the next morning. I will not be back to this place even tho my son likes its cause of the sports theme. Zero stars but had to pick one
